产品特性: 

* 滤材采用高性能的无纺布用热融工艺而成，避免旧式玻璃纤维材料所可能对人体造成的不适; 

* 滤料内含静电纤维，对次微米（小于１μm）粉尘过滤效果特别好，具有高捕尘率、高透气性、高粉尘载量、高使用寿命; 

* 各组袋均有定位风道，确保最佳过滤效果; 

* 每组过滤袋间以金属条固定，增加滤网强度，防止滤袋于高风速时因风力之摩擦而破裂，

* 滤袋均有六道内衬，防止滤袋随风压过度膨胀而降低有效过滤面积与效率；

* 滤袋采用热熔法缝合，具有良好的气密性及结合强度，不产生漏气和破裂; 

* 耐湿度强，可达100%,常温80℃;

* 外框：铝框、镀锌框，可选择外框厚度：20mm、25mm

用途: 

空调通风系统预过滤；无尘室、洁净间之二级过滤、医院、药厂、电子厂、喷漆房较高洁净空气要求等级的过滤系统，一般的大楼空气过滤设备，高效过滤器前级过滤.

 *processed by non-woven cloth with ultrasonic thermo-melt techniques which can avoid old type (fiberglass media) harmful to human.

* The fiber contains electrostatic which is beneficial to filter the small particles, high ventilation quantity and long working life.

* There is fixed airflow channel to assure the best filter effect.

* Each pocket is fixed by metal stick to increase the strength so that the pocket won’t break. 

* The relative humidity can reach to 100%, Temperature resistance: 80℃.

* frame material: aluminum, galvanized frame, thickness: 20mm, 25mm

Non-woven cloth pocket filter is used for pre-filter or medium filter in air conditioning ventilation system and filtration system.
