the edge turning downwards Lights: two 30 wart warm white fluorescent lights, SUS stainless lamp base, 5mm foggy surface stiffening glass. 
Handle: SUS ¨Ç-shaped handle to avoid airflow disturb. Electrical operation plate: SUS electrical operation plate, touth switch to control power, 
lighting, fan and backup power. Airflow plate: 6mm gray acid and alkali resistance material special for laboratory, fixed on the back of the fume
hood, high quality PP special fixer easy for disassemble and cleaning. Electrical power: dust and water proof electric outlet, equiped with one
power distribution box and air switch. Window: 6mm safety and explosion protection glass, non segment balancing device. Wind speed and
noise: above 0.5/sec, 1500-1800 cubic air volume per hour, complying with the requirements.

Assay flume: PP acid and alkali resistance flume with filting and odor blocking function. Assay tap: single port German-made assay tap special for laboratory (optional) 
Gas Fitting: Copper-coated and epoxy paint baked to high pressure/acid and alkali/hot resistance, single isolaton operation(optional). Exhaust

结构说明:普通款通风柜由上柜/台面/下柜组合而成,落地款为整体结构,桌面款由上柜/台面组合而成.

台面说明:采用16mm厚(EPOXY)环氧树脂台面,可耐强酸强碱之腐蚀,耐高温600℃, 或另选台面(理化板/千思板/陶瓷板/不锈钢板)台面位于上柜内.

柜体说明:采用宝钢产1.2mm厚冷轧碳钢薄板(SPCC)数控冲床下料后,数控折弯成型,表面喷涂75-80um奥地利老虎牌(TIGER)户外抗腐蚀环氧树脂粉体.颜色可依照潘通色卡定做.

补风板说明:采用宝钢产1.2mm厚冷轧碳钢薄板(SPCC)数控冲床下料后,数控折弯成型,表面喷涂75-80um奥地利老虎牌(TIGER)户外抗腐蚀环氧树脂粉体.颜色可依照潘通色卡定做.正面冲有多个补风口.

面板说明: 采用宝钢产1.2mm厚冷轧碳钢薄板(SPCC)数控冲床下料后,数控折弯成型,表面喷涂75-80um奥地利老虎牌(TIGER)户外抗腐蚀环氧树脂粉体.颜色可依照潘通色卡定做. 为达到良好的立体感面板上部边缘部分为倒边30mm.

内胆说明:采用5mm厚理化板制作,左右两侧设有PP材质检修门.

导流板说明:采用5mm厚理化板制作,利用专用的PP材质扣件固定于内胆的背板上,可随意拆卸清洗.

抽风罩说明:抽风罩位于通风柜顶部,为PP材质一次注塑成型,排风口径为￠250mm.

前门说明:为上下左右移动门,配备无端平衡装置,门框及轨道采用PVC材质,玻璃为5mm钢化安全玻璃,门的配重位于通风柜后部,利用304不锈钢包胶揽绳与前门框连接,每台通风柜配备6只金属轴承的塑料滑轮,确保前门上下滑动平稳.(可选配电动门套件).

风速及风量说明:风速为0.6m/每秒以上(前门打开到300mm处),风量为1200-1800立方/小时

风阀说明:为PVC电动防腐风阀.

把手说明:柜门把手采用PP抗腐蚀可插名片型实验室专用把手.

电源说明:下柜设置86型220V-10A多功能六眼插座一支,上柜设置实验室专用带防溅盖插座两只.

操作面板说明:操作面板为蓝屏液晶文本显示.开关为点触式,可控制总电源,风机,照明灯,备用,风阀.

调节角说明:为适应地面平整柜体底部设有为M8螺竿塑料调节脚4只.

配水说明:龙头为意大利TOF实验室专用遥控龙头.排水为意大利TOF实验室专用PP水杯(选配项).

配气说明:供气为意大利TOF实验室专用遥控气体考克,可依照气体种类选择不同颜色的阀门.(选配项).
